Dr. Prim Siripipat is a high performance psychologist and executive coach who works with athletes, executives, leaders, and other high performing individuals across sport, business, media, and corporate environments. She specializes in mental performance, leadership development, and helping clients manage pressure, build confidence, and perform at their best in high stakes situations, both professionally and personally.


Dr. Siripipat brings an integrative, evidence based approach to performance psychology, shaped by her background as a Division I athlete, award winning broadcaster, and trained psychologist. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, where her training included multicultural counseling approaches, evidence based practice, psychological assessment, and research.

Her work emphasizes identifying and amplifying strengths, helping clients unlock their potential, improve focus and emotional regulation, and enhance their ability to perform under pressure while sustaining fulfillment, purpose, and joy in both their craft and their lives.

A former top ten nationally ranked junior tennis player, Dr. Siripipat was a member of the U.S. National Team and received a full athletic scholarship to Duke University, where she competed on the Duke Women’s Tennis Team. During her collegiate career, she co captained the Blue Devils to their first National Indoor Championship and a No. 1 national ranking in program history.

Following college, Dr. Siripipat spent more than two decades at ESPN as an award winning anchor, host, reporter, executive producer, and documentarian. She hosted ESPN’s flagship program SportsCenter, First Take, and Spain and Prim, and continues to explore performance, identity, and transition through her podcast The Next Chapter with Prim Siripipat.

Today, Dr. Siripipat integrates sport psychology, executive coaching, and counseling psychology to help clients strengthen mental skills, navigate transitions, and sustain high performance over time. Her work is grounded in science, informed by real world experience, and tailored to the demands of elite performers and leaders.
