Dr. Nikki Cooper is a clinical and high performance psychologist who works with elite and professional athletes, CEOs, performers, active-duty military service members, and other high-profile, public-facing professionals. She specializes in helping driven, high-functioning individuals perform when it matters most by strengthening the mind–body connection, improving focus under pressure, and building resilience in high-stakes environments.

Drawing from over 25 years of experience, Dr. Cooper blends evidence-based and practical performance strategies informed by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness and Eastern contemplative traditions, and sport and performance psychology. Her work emphasizes mental skillfulness, including regulating stress, accessing flow, responding effectively to adversity, and developing the clarity and steadiness needed to sustain performance over time. Her areas of expertise include impostor syndrome, burnout, and performance anxiety.
