Ben Oliva is a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC) and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). He specializes in coaching athletes and people in business and corporate settings to maximize their potential by teaching evidence-based mental skills and techniques.
Ben is currently a performance consultant for NASCAR. In the past, he has worked with the Baylor Football program and other NCAA teams. Beyond athletics and the corporate space, Ben is a mental performance coach for the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Mental Performance Initiative and delivers leadership and mental performance workshops for business organizations across the country.
Ben received his master’s degree (EdM) in sport and performance counseling from Boston University and his undergraduate degree in psychology and astrophysics from Williams College. In his free time, Ben enjoys hiking with his dog, spending time with his friends and family, and playing sports. He currently competes as an endurance athlete and has completed the Boston and Los Angeles Marathons.
