Esther Young has spent more than 17 years building the operational foundations that enable high-performing teams to scale and sustain excellence. As General Manager of Strata Performance, she applies that expertise to creating the systems, processes, and organizational structure that allow coaches, clients, and the business to perform at their highest level.

With a background as a strategist and operator, Esther has led VC-backed organizations through periods of rapid growth and complex change, serving in COO and executive leadership roles. She was drawn to Strata because she has experienced the demands of high performance firsthand, building and leading teams in fast-paced environments and understanding what separates organizations that achieve lasting excellence from those that do not.

Originally from New Zealand, Esther has built her career across Auckland, London, Tokyo, and New York. She holds a Master of Arts with Honors in Political Studies from the University of Auckland and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Peace and Security from the United Nations University in Tokyo. She is also an active angel investor in early-stage technology companies.
