Rena Harper is an executive coach who advises C-suite and senior leaders and leadership teams through complex organizational and human capital challenges. She previously served as Vice President of Executive Coaching at Peloton Interactive and has acted as an interim fractional Chief People Officer, bringing deep experience leading People functions while coaching executive teams across financial services, technology and biotech, healthcare, academia, and consumer goods. Rena’s coaching approach is pragmatic and systems-oriented, helping leaders navigate growth and change with clarity, strengthen leadership impact, and sustain high performance over time.
Rena is a graduate of Columbia University’s Columbia Coaching Certification Program and holds BA degrees in French and English Literature from Georgetown University as well as an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Rena’s professional experience includes senior People leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate and International People Business Partners at Peloton, where she built and scaled people partner and talent strategies during the company’s hypergrowth phase. Earlier in her career, she spent ten years at Eli Lilly and Company in HR and commercial leadership roles supporting both R&D and Commercial functions.
