Bianca Fermi is a psychologist, executive coach, and organizational development specialist who works with senior leaders, executives, and high performers across elite sport and corporate environments. She brings deep experience working in high-performance systems and currently holds a national leadership role with the Australian Institute of Sport. Bianca helps clients navigate complexity, strengthen leadership impact, and sustain high performance over time.

Bianca holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from London Metropolitan University and is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the Australian Psychological Society. She is also a Certified Level 7 Executive Coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management and has worked extensively in both the UK and Australia.

Bianca’s professional experience includes senior leadership roles within elite sport systems, working with organizations such as the English Institute of Sport, British Sailing, British Bobsleigh & Skeleton, England Netball, and Rowing Australia. In her current role with the Australian Institute of Sport, she leads large-scale initiatives focused on culture, leadership capability, wellbeing, and sustainable performance across 43 sports. Alongside her work in sport, Bianca brings deep corporate experience as an executive coach within international investment banking and across professional services. She works globally with clients across the US, UK, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

In her free time, Bianca enjoys playing golf and pickleball.
