Paddy Steinfort is a globally recognized performance psychology and leadership expert with over two decades of experience consulting for elite organizations in high-stakes industries. His corporate background includes executive coaching, speaking, and advisory roles with a wide range of high-performing organizations, from global multinationals such as Google and Microsoft to private firms like Platform Ventures, a private equity company whose work was featured in USA Today.

Thanks to a unique career trajectory that includes competing as a professional athlete in his 20s and holding performance coaching and executive roles in international sport throughout his 30s, Paddy now works as an international speaker and author. He has helped elevate the top 1 percent of performers and organizations across five continents and more than 15 countries. This experience gives him a deep understanding of the intersection between elite performance and business under pressure.

In sport, Paddy has worked with champions across the NBA, NFL, MLB, WNBA, and FIFA, supporting peak performance alongside sustainable excellence.
